Here I (Ronnie) am working on two concept images – one for our new book ‘THE ROCK BOTTOM TWINS & THE RISE OF RAMSHACK’ and the second for ‘MAGNUS THE MICRO-MUTT & THE MARTIAN MENACE.’ The drawings start like basic forms to the right of the photo (illustrating the good guys, Captain Bailey and above him, Magnus.) These will then be joined and transferred onto hard card where I can begin the painting process.
It is useful to try everything in practice anyway and I like that here it’s always possible to find something new.
